# EAC service model

> European Accessibility Center provides accessibility audits and Accessibility as a Service for organizations that need to keep digital products accessible while they continue to change.

## What EAC does

EAC audits and monitors websites, web applications, mobile applications and digital services. The work focuses on WCAG, European Accessibility Act requirements, the Polish Accessibility Act, public-sector accessibility obligations, retesting and practical remediation.

## Accessibility as a Service

Accessibility as a Service means ongoing protection rather than a single static report. EAC checks agreed processes after important changes or according to a schedule, confirms new barriers, translates them into backlog-ready tasks and retests fixes after implementation.

This model is designed for products with regular releases, many content changes, external vendors, multiple teams or legal exposure under accessibility regulations.

## Typical outputs

- Confirmed accessibility barriers with user impact.
- Location in the interface or user flow.
- Severity and practical priority.
- Recommendation that a product or development team can implement.
- Acceptance criterion for retesting.
- Updated status after a fix is deployed.

## EAC tools and methods

- EAC Sentinel: recurring checks of agreed user scenarios, used to detect regressions around releases or scheduled monitoring windows.
- EAC Replay: repeatable documentation of how a real assistive-technology configuration moves through a process on a specific device.
- EAC Flow: step-by-step analysis of user journeys, barriers and the relationship between product changes and accessibility impact.
- Bielik AI support: local Bielik AI is used to support step analysis. The public site states that data remains in Poland / the EU and is not sent to external AI cloud services.

## Main service paths

- One-time audit: diagnosis, priorities, backlog-ready findings and retest criteria.
- Comprehensive audit: deeper testing of key flows, including assistive technologies where relevant.
- Ongoing protection: monitoring, manual review, EAC Sentinel scenarios, EAC Replay sessions and retesting.
- Enterprise program: shared accessibility control, reporting and prioritization across many services, applications or units.
- Implementation support: optional remediation work when the client needs EAC to deliver code or fixes, not only recommendations.
